Aedan Hogan


Aedan is an Assistant Manager with Warren and Partners, having joined the firm in 2025.
Aedan advises our domestic and international client base on a wide range of taxation issues. His areas of particular focus are providing tailored tax planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals as well as both Irish SMEs and multinationals. This includes corporate restructurings, company sales, estate planning, and structuring property transactions. Aedan also has a wealth of experience in international taxation matters, where he has four years of experience providing advice on navigating the cross-border tax implications which Irish firms with multinational operations can face.
Aedan graduated from University College Dublin (UCD) in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business and Law degree and went on to complete a Master’s in Accounting in UCD Smurfit Business School in 2021.
Following the completion of his Masters, Aedan began working in the Corporation Tax department of KPMG in Dublin, where he had a primary focus on advising clients across the construction, healthcare, energy, and communications sectors. While working at KPMG, he qualified as both a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) with the Irish Tax Institute (ITI).
